    Dears/ Members of the Chamber

    Greetings,

The Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42500418) dated (01/27/1442), in which it is referred to the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (158/42/1) and the date (05/01/1442) regarding It was monitored in field campaigns by the authority’s observers in private sector companies ’contracting with foreign trucks, which represent an explicit violation of the transport regulations in the Kingdom, which negatively affects investment in the transport sector, and a reference to the Ministry of Trade’s letter No. (00728) dated (1/13/1442) containing The spread of the phenomenon of foreign vehicles practicing internal transport, which results in negative effects on the security and organizational aspects, in the inability to follow up the transport, to monitor violations, and to use vehicles for illegal purposes.

Accordingly, the Council hopes that investors in all commercial and industrial sectors will not contract with or operate foreign trucks (with a non-Saudi traffic board) in internal transport operations, and not load goods and products onto foreign trucks for transport within the Kingdom, with the exception of loading to the country of the truck on the road in now returns.

    Sincerely Regard
